Few things will make you feel healthier than a glass of bright-green juice. This version provides an outlet for using up the abundance of kale and spinach from your fall garden. The grapes balance the flavors of the vegetables for a delicious combination that you’ll enjoy from the first to the final sip.
Yield: 8 ounces
- 6 kale leaves
- 1½ cups packed fresh spinach leaves
- 2 stalks celery
- 30 red grapes
Feed kale and spinach into electric juicer, followed by celery and grapes. Stir, add ice if desired, and serve immediately.
